About the role:
This Downstream Global Product Manager III will be responsible for supporting the launch of a new platform technology to treat calcified peripheral artery disease globally. This individual will focus on executing product integration initiatives and supporting a launch campaign to drive PI vascular sales growth. Major focus of this work will be collaborating with the broader marketing strategy and marketing activation teams interfacing with physicians and training the sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in developing and executing the strategic US launch plan for a new platform technology. Coordinate the tactical plan refine market segmentation product positioning and messaging required to execute the plan.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the promotional and educational assets to communicate product positioning and messaging to customers and the sales team.
  • Support global expansion efforts in close coordination with regional marketing partners.
  • Execute and maintain business analytics to communicate launch progress to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor the market landscape and lead competitive intelligence activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and the sales team gathering insights to inform marketing strategies.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 3 years of medical device marketing experience
  • Strong project management skills ability to prioritize across simultaneous workstreams and apply creative problemsolving
  • Demonstrated success working as an integral crossfunctional team member
  • Ability to travel up to 30 of the time to include international travel.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA preferred
  • Experience with peripheral interventions products and customers

Minimum Salary: $90800

Maximum Salary: $172500

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) see vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training pertinent education including licensure and certifications among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for nonexempt (hourly) nonsales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g. any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

Compensation for exempt nonsales roles may also include variable compensation i.e. annual bonus target and longterm incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
