Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Retail Account Manager where he/she will be responsible for managing Retail Account to drive sales growth within legal guidelines and leading contract negotiations to ensure partner growth. The role engages in both transactional and relationship selling collaborating with different teams. The role achieves sales targets drives improvement initiatives and fosters successful partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with key retail accounts to drive sales growth and ensure longterm partnerships.
Develop and implement business plan with key customers to maximize revenue and market share.
Monitor and analyze sales performance stock level and internal share.
Collaborate with marketing sales and category team to ensure seamless of retail initiatives.
Conduct regular meetings with retail partners to discuss performance promotions flyers and opportunities for growth.
Prepare reports business review forecasts and presentations for internal stakeholders and retail partners.
Education & Experience
Graduate Degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 310 years of work experience preferably in retail field.
Good knowledge of English and Italian language.
