The Micro Motion Division is a $150 Mn global business with 1400 associates within the $2B Automation & Motion Control (AMC) Segment of Regal Rexnord is seeking a Director of Global Operations. This is a critical role to both create and drive a growthfocused operations strategy.

Reporting to the VP/GM of the Micro Motion Division this role will lead operations across 4 plants located in United States and India with a strong mindset as well as be a key member of the Division leadership team.

Within each site this leadership position will drive the discipline of SQDC (safety quality delivery costcompetitiveness) to allow the division to grow top line revenue growth and bottomline profitability. The leader will develop and implement long and shortterm strategic plans to meet Division Targets to Improve (TTIs) drive significant plant Key Performance Indicator (KPI) improvements partnering closely with the site leadership teams while deploying the application of the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) which includes 80/20 methodologies and Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Operations:

• Work with Division and Segment leaders to drive Operations Strategic roadmap to address cost and manufacturing efficiencies.
• Actively evaluate footprints and work with SIOP leadership to evaluate operations efficiencies and scalability with a mindset to overserve A customers.
• Lead strategic projects related to operations with a high focus on excellence.
• Create synergies through key performance indicators within manufacturing operations to maximize profit and exceed profit plan targets in manufacturing.
• Actively participate in Strategic Plan for the division to bring in operations perspective and strategies.
• Lead budgeting exercise for operations sites expansion/consolidation projects including monitoring and controlling costs.

Operational Excellence & Effective Problem Solving

• Lead the Division operations team to deliver on Annual Operating Plan (AOP) monthly quarterly and annually.
• Set and achieve short and longterm SQDCG and financial objectives by implementing a strategic vision that is broken into actionable strategies and tactics. Direct activities across all plants providing leadership to Production Quality Purchasing Human Resources and Finance. Knows what good looks like and can coach and develop a leadership team.
• Ensures accountability and enables the predictability of the outcomes of each plant. Determine root cause of delivery quality or other issues quickly and effectively put countermeasures in place to support.
• Lead and drive the Regal Rexnord Business System which includes 80/20 and Continuous Improvement. for the Division. Skilled and experienced in decomposing a strategic vision into actionable strategies and tactics that can be cascaded to every manufacturing facility. Drive a CI mindset with clear future factory visions to significantly improve productivity and efficiency across all plants and drive employee engagement.
• Establish and sustain strong plant floor visual and daily management GEMBA culture problem solving methodologies and lean flow.
• Develops controls and critically reviews results of operation in reference to planned objectives.

P&L Leadership Business Partner

• Ability to work as a member of the leadership team to develop and communicate a future vision for the business.
• Partners with VP/GM and leadership team on the overall strategy of the business supports the establishment of an Xmatrix and drives policy deployment initiatives aligned to operations with urgency and a high say/do.
• Responsible for synthesizing action plans timelines and budgets for project and product goals and adjusting these plans accordingly to effectively respond to changing demands of the business.

Talent Management

• Develop a highperformance team by engaging coaching and developing team members and by driving accountability and ownership at all levels. Builds a team where all site leaders are top talent with a strong say/do and continuous improvement mindset.
• Serve as an advocate for our top talent building strong succession plans to enable increased velocity be a champion of promoting diversity and inclusion in and across the organization.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree from an Accredited University
• 10 years manufacturing operations experience; including plant management with experience from a bestinclass manufacturer. Multi geography experience is highly preferred.
• Experience and expertise in setting up footprints rationalization of footprints for optimum output and improved efficiencies is highly preferred.
• 5 years leadership experience positions within Continuous Improvement and/or Operations
• Proven successful applications of multiple CI tools: 80/20 Value Stream Mapping 6S Flow Standard Work Visual Management & Problem Solving
• Strong operational and financial acumen executive presence and the ability to lead multiple locations
• Critical thinking skills to properly identify problem area & potential solutions

• Must be able to travel at least 50 of the time domestically and internationally as required

Expected Salary:

• $190000 $225000 Incentives

• The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the companys base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors including but not limited to the physical worksite location the geographic market of that location candidates skill set level of experience education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
