The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Design and Integration Specialist (MidLevel or Senior) to join the team in Auburn WA.

As the Design and Integration Specialist you will take the helm in architecting designing building and testing innovative delivery systems and components that are essential to the success of Boeing Fabrication factories. In this influential role your technical expertise will be invaluable as you collaborate with business partners and stakeholders providing insightful answers to complex technical questions related to the usage troubleshooting and functionality of our delivery systems products. Position Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge of computing systems to choose appropriate troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex delivery systems challenges

• Collaboration with operations engineering and IT teams to gather requirements that ensure systems meet production and process requirements

• Consultation and support of manufacturing equipment and production processes

• Ensure robust system security practices including access control patch management and network segmentation for OT environments

• Ensure system architecture aligns with company identified best practices and policies

• Monitor system performance performing root cause analysis and implementing improvements

• Engage in the evaluation and rollout of new technologies to enhance factory automation and data collection

• Maintain documentation for system designs network diagrams and configuration standards

• Provide technical leadership to evaluate product usability affordability functionality security and performance to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments

• Provide factory technical support and consultation

• Choose appropriate computing products and methods to ensure requirements are met for security capacity/performance and operational management

• Partner with manufacturing to enable the best technology solutions

• Mature factory technology lifecycle for major transformational technology integrations

• Document resolutions/analyses according to support procedures

• Develop and maintain partnerships with customers stakeholders and peers

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 years of experience with working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership

• 3 years of experience within information technology

• 1 years of experience with problem solving production issues within a factory setting

• 1 years of experience with Factory Technology Integration

• Experience working with mechanics (i.e. airplane) and related functions to solve technical issues

• Experience with light scripting (e.g. Python PowerShell Bash) to automate routine tasks data flows between systems and improve system reliability

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience working on complex projects with large teams to execute requirements that includes engineering manufacturing supply chain and quality

• Experience implementing a range of IT products in support of a variety of functions: engineering manufacturing quality and/or supply chain

Summary pay range for MidLevel: $108800 $147200

Summary pay range for Senior: $129200 $174800
