Salary:
Pay range $26.36 $29.66
Actual salary offered is determined by the candidates experience education skills and other factors including internal equity and university funding resources.

Job Description:
What Were Looking For
Passion for data integrity and consistency across multiple systems
Familiarity with data enrichment tools and techniques
Ability to collaborate effectively with IT and crossdepartmental teams
Comfort in troubleshooting and resolving platform issues independently
Experience managing system access and user permissions
Confidence in training staff on database systems and tools
Comfortable creating and managing online forms and event registrations
Strong commitment to process improvement and platform optimization
Eagerness to lead and mentor student staff in a supportive environment
What Youll Be Doing
Updating and maintaining biographical contact and relationship data in Raisers Edge NXT
Importing data using various methods including manual entry scanning and data imports
Conducting regular data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Managing data enrichment processes for email phone and mailing address updates
Monitoring data integration between internal systems and working closely with ITS
Creating and managing online giving and event pages in NetCommunity
Providing internal users with training and ongoing support for database platforms
Generating reports and contact lists for internal and external stakeholders
Assisting with gift processing and fund record management when needed
Supervising training and mentoring a student worker in Advancement Services
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
23 years of work experience in the nonprofit fundraising field
Proficient in Excel
Experience working with a relational database preferably Raisers Edge NXT
Proven experience in creating queries generating reports and managing data imports and exports
Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement.In addition staff agree to live in agreement with PLNUsCommunity Life Covenant.

Physical Requirements:
- The work is primarily sedentary and may require sitting for extended periods of time.
- Use of computer equipment: computer keyboard mouse and monitor.
- Vision to read documents email and other correspondence and reports on paper and computer monitor.
- Abilityto communicate effectively with others in person and by phone.
- Will also stand stoop push pull and lift up to 10 lbs throughout the day.
