Role Overview
As a Project Engineer youll be the bridge between technical teams and clients translating complex requirements into actionable solutions. This role is perfect for developers who want to leverage their technical expertise in a customerfacing capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Transform client requirements into clear project tickets for development teams
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to account managers
Present as a subject matter expert to clients understanding their business needs
Create comprehensive documentation including technical diagrams and howto guides
Lead technical learning sessions and project kickoffs
Ideal Candidate
3 years of software development or comparable experience
Strong understanding or interest in video streaming technologies (encoding OTT delivery CDNs)
Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts
Experience with project management tools (Jira Confluence Asana)
Passion for staying current with TV and digital video broadcast trends
