This is an exciting time to join the school as we are increasing our numbers on role significantly and recruiting several new staff to meet this need. If you provide highquality teaching and have a natural passion for improving the life chances of our children then this could be the role for you.
At The Oaks Academy we believe every young person has the right to a highquality MFL education and that the skills they develop through learning another language as well as understanding cultural importance give them access to a broader world of opportunities.
Spanish is a very popular option due to the engaging curriculum programmes and excellent curriculum leadership. The Spanish curriculum has been fully planned and fully resourced to specifically meet the needs of The Oaks Academy pupils. The successful candidate will work closely with the Curriculum Team Leader for Spanish to further enhance the curriculum.
We are making substantial improvements in all areas and we are investing heavily in our staffing structure to continue this momentum. We are a supportive team committed to ensuring that our learners fulfil their potential despite any barriers they may face and we are looking for equally passionate practitioners to join us.
