This is a brilliant opportunity for an IT Problem Manager to manage the full IT problem resolution life cycle for South Africas leading investment management platform.
This is a 12month independent contract paying up to R480 per hour.
It is a hybrid working contract based in Johannesburg or Cape Town (the company has offices in both cities).

THE ROLE
As IT Problem Manager you will oversee the full lifecycle of IT problem resolution ensuring minimal business impact by analysing and redesigning the platforms problem management process. You will coordinate technical teams analyse root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. This role involves monitoring incident trends optimizing response processes and ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices.
You will also maintain clear communication with stakeholders provide status updates and drive continuous improvement in incident management. Additionally you will collaborate with problem management teams to address recurring issues and enhance overall system stability.
REQUIREMENTS
5 years experience in IT problem management/incident management
ITIL V4 certified
Investment management or wealth management industry experience
COBIT knowledge will be beneficial
