Delta FM are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager available to commence as a relief casual position FIFO From Perth.
THE POSITION
- Maintain overall delivery of services at a tactical and transactional level
- Manage planned corrective and unplanned deliverables to ensure completed within compliance contract and KPI timeframes.
- Working within a safe and efficient manner to manage daytoday interfaces between operational management site management subcontractors and the client to ensure high quality maintenance planning
- Ensure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure a sustainable safety culture
THE PERSON
- Proven experience in either Facilities Maintenance Trade management and/or scheduling or demonstrated equivalent industry experience
- Possess relevant trade qualifications
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer service
- Asset Management experience
- Facilities Management experience
- Excellent communication
- Strong computer skills
- Management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results
- Experience in staff recruitment retention rostering and subsequent management of both permanent and casual workforces
