Job Summary:
You will be helping INCREFF in scaling by hiring great talents and creating the employer brand by

Responsibilities: Strong technical understanding with handson experience in implementing AI solutions in recruitment. Good Ability in managing stakeholders and candidates ensuring effective communication and relationship management. Drive process excellence by streamlining recruitment workflows and continuously improving operational efficiency. Proactively educate and guide stakeholders and candidates on processes expectations and best practices. Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process by engaging effectively and providing timely updates. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency at every stage of the hiring process. Engage actively with recruitment partners providing clear detailed information to align them with INCREFF s hiring standards and processes Collaborate closely with multiple internal teams and hiring managers to meet talent needs. Stay updated through market research on industry standards and best practices in recruitment. Coordinate with candidates and recruitment partners for scheduling interviews and follow up diligently postoffer until onboarding. Contribute to building a strong employer brand by promoting INCREFF s culture values and benefits. Maintain a high level of sensitivity to the confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
Requirements
4 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
Familiarity with AI tools and technology in recruitment is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Proactive approach to problemsolving and continuous improvement.

MBA in Finance, CFA, or a relevant postgraduate degree in finance, accounting, or economics from a reputed institution. 5+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A, investor relations, or financial strategy in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Strong expertise in SaaS financial modeling, revenue recognition, and subscription-based financial structures. Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and managing financial due diligence. Proficiency in financial planning tools, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.. Solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
