We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented 3D Printing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced 3D printers such as Saturn Ultra Pro or Jupiter and designing compatible files using 3D design software. This role requires a blend of technical expertise creativity and problemsolving skills to deliver highquality 3Dprinted products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain 3D printers including Saturn Ultra Pro and Jupiter models ensuring optimal performance and output quality.
- Prepare calibrate and troubleshoot 3D printers for various production tasks.
- Design and modify 3D models using software such as Blender SolidWorks AutoCAD or similar tools.
- Convert 3D models into compatible file formats (e.g. STL OBJ) suitable for 3D printing.
- Perform slicing operations using appropriate slicing software ensuring efficient use of material and print time.
- Conduct postprocessing tasks including cleaning curing or finishing printed objects as required.
- Maintain a log of daily operations including printer usage maintenance schedules and material consumption.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver precisionengineered outputs.
- Research and recommend advancements in 3D printing technologies tools and techniques to improve production efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Design or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in operating and maintaining 3D printers particularly Saturn Ultra Pro and Jupiter.
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as Blender SolidWorks AutoCAD or equivalent.
- Strong understating of 3D printing processes materials and postprocessing techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with 3D printers effectively.
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving and timemanagement skills.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
