About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Distribution Technician to join our hospital logistics team in West Palm Beach FL. In this essential role you will support hospital operations by ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of medical supplies and equipment throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities
- Receive stock and distribute medical supplies and equipment to hospital departments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using supply chain management systems.
- Monitor supply levels and proactively restock highdemand items.
- Follow infection prevention and control standards when handling sterile and nonsterile supplies.
- Perform regular audits to ensure proper storage labeling and rotation of supplies.
- Assist with tracking and retrieval of equipment as needed.
- Respond to urgent delivery requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to ensure supply needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in hospital distribution materials management or related field preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with inventory or warehouse systems a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
