Summary:
As part of our National Pharmacy Practice the Regional PharmacyConsultantwill serve as a strategic partner to our Market Leaders and their Producer and Client Managementteams. This role acts as the pharmacy benefits subject matter expert; providing deep knowledge of the pharmacy space and a level of clinical independence to drive new client growth and increased retention. He/She will be responsible for consultative support focusing on designated strategic size clientsdepending on the specificmarket. This role may work remotely but may require up to 50 travel.
MajorResponsibilities:
- Serves as a trusted advisor providing Pharmacy thoughtleadership for EB at a regionallevel
- Drives sales and revenue growth by expanding current client relationships and new client opportunities inthe midand large employer market spacethroughRFP participation onsite or videopresentation and one on one consultation
- Communicates strategic and tactical uptodate pharmacy business initiatives and solutions in a way that allows clients to understand the impacts to their strategy and theiremployees
- Partners with trains and develops HUB financial consultants producers and account management personnel to understand and present key Pharmacyfindings and solutions
- Providesdetailed pharmacy analysis(es) working withthe Artemis platform along with various partners and PBMsdecision supporttools to justifythe election ofthe appropriate pharmacy solution
- Provides proactive topical pharmacy communication(s) to HUB internal staff and external clients through a variety of methods including regional or local webinars and seminars
- Represents the National Pharmacy Practice in various strategic business initiatives as appropriate
- Contributesto National Pharmacy Practice team as a collaborative partner and subject matter expert
- Assists in thedevelopment ofthe Pharmacy practice and helps to implement appropriate changes to our solutions and service(s) to improve client results
Basic Qualifications:
- BS Pharmacy orPharmDis valued but not required
- 5 years experience in the Employee Benefits and/or Pharmacy industry working directly withupper mid and large employer market space 500ees)and employee benefitsconsultants
- 3 years of financial clinical or strategicadvising in thepharmacy benefit manager (PBM) marketplacewithestablished relationships with PBMsand other appropriatepharmacy vendors
- Comprehensive knowledge of both current and emerging clientfocused pharmacy solutions
- Proven ability to exceed expectations and achievesalesgoals
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Selfmotivated with a strong can do attitude
