This position is critical for driving organic growth and optimizing local and global digital presence for our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SEO strategies & Google Business Profile optimization especially for India US and international markets.

What you will do:
SEO Leadership:
Design implement and oversee robust SEO strategies including:
Technical SEO: Website architecture page speed mobile optimization.
OnPage SEO: Keyword research content optimization meta tags schema markup.
OffPage SEO: Link building outreach campaigns and domain authority improvement.
Focus on enhancing organic visibility in US and global markets.
Local SEO Mastery:
Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles (GBP) for multiple locations to improve local search rankings.
Develop locationspecific strategies to maximize client visibility in local search results.
Client Collaboration:
Partner with USbased clients to understand their business goals and tailor SEO and social media strategies to meet their objectives.
Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor for clients on digital marketing trends and strategies.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics SEMrush Ahrefs and others.
Deliver detailed reports and actionable insights to refine and improve strategies continuously.
Team Leadership:
Manage mentor and inspire a team of SEO specialists.
Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and accountability within the team.
Requirements
8 years of experience in SEO with a focus on technical onpage and offpage strategies.
Proven track record of optimizing GBP and driving local search success.
Demonstrated success in managing and growing business profiles across multiple clients and industries like FMCG BFSI Retail Tech Ecommerce.
Strong knowledge of tools such as: SEMrush Ahrefs Moz.
Google Analytics (GA4 Google Search Console.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with experience managing international clients.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and grow a highperforming team.
Bonus: Possession of a US visa for clientfacing responsibilities and potential travel.
