Were looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Banquets Operation to take charge of our event operations at Pier One Sydney HarbourIf youre all about creating epic events leading a highenergy team and delivering nextlevel service this is your chance!
About the role
As our Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Banquets Operation youll be the mastermind behind incredible eventsthink stunning weddings corporate galas and highend celebrations. Youll oversee everything from setup to service making sure every detail is flawless. Plus youll be leading a team that thrives on teamwork creativity and making things happen.
What Youll Do:
Own the Banquet Scene Run the show for all banquet events ensuring smooth setups toptier service and an unbeatable guest experience.
Lead & Inspire Build a strong motivated team thats all about collaboration passion and delivering wow moments.
Work with Culinary Pros Partner with chefs and F&B teams to create standout dining experiences.
Manage the Numbers Keep costs in check while maximizing revenue and efficiency.
Stay on Top of It All Handle logistics coordinate schedules and make sure every event is executed to perfection.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in banquet operations event management or F&B leadership.
- A peoplefirst leader who knows how to motivate coach and bring out the bestin a team.
- Someone who thrives in fastpaced highenergy environments(you love the buzz of events!.
- A problemsolver who can think on their feet and make quick decisions.
