Description

Position Overview:The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a trusted HR advisor to organizational leaders aligning business objectives with HR strategies and solutions. This position is a blend of handson and strategic input offering expertise in areas such as employee relations workforce planning performance management compensation employee retention coaching and development conflict management and handling ad hoc HR projects.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize organizational structures to efficiently support business strategies and goals.
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations on rewards and recognition programs in collaboration with crossfunctional partners ensuring competitive compensation practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leadership elevating people strategies and fostering a highperforming culture.
  • Provide leadership and partnership to management and employees delivering HR support for a variety of strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Own key business departments providing recommendations and insights related to compensation organizational structure retention and other employeerelated activities.
  • Leverage datadriven insights to drive change and influence decisionmaking serving as a change champion for HR initiatives and functional strategy.
  • Lead and facilitate talent development programs including succession planning talent reviews career development conversations and employee development initiatives.
  • Coach leadership and employees on HR policies and procedures conflict resolution and change management to promote a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Identify areas for improvement in leadership and management practices collaborating with business leaders and HR teams to resolve employee relations challenges.
  • Deploy tools to develop and engage leaders build a diverse talent pipeline and assess training needs for teams and leadership development.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to coordinate with HR specialists on employee relations onboarding terminations and job changes.
  • Contribute to and lead HR initiatives with key stakeholders ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide input on HR system designs and enhancements to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure effective communication implementation and utilization of HR programs with minimal disruption and strong client partnership.
  • Lead key projects and initiatives participating in crossfunctional teams to drive organizational success.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR including talent management organizational development and complex employee relations.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems (Workday preferred).
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in listening influencing and coaching leadership at various levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment with a high level of followthrough and accountability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proactive communicator who can influence and foster innovation.
  • Resilient and adaptable to changing environments and organizational priorities.
  • Strong problemsolving capabilities with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in HRfunctions and practices including organizational design employee relations performance management compensation recruiting employee engagement and legal compliance.
  • Indepth knowledge of legal and regulatory federal and state requirements to ensure fair and consistent employee management and minimize legal risks.
