An excellent role has arisen in a corporate company based in The Shard for a marketing coordinator.
The Company
- The company are a firm that specialise in intellectual property which includes copyright and trademarks for wellknown brands and patents for inventions.
- Clients include social media technology AI electronics aerospace and pharmaceutical companies.
The Team
The team currently consists of a marketing executive and a BD executive supported by a marketing intern and the marketing coordinator will be the fourth member of the team.
The Role
The marketing coordinator can look forward to a broad role with a high level of autonomy. Day to day you will have responsibility for:
- Drafting and proofreading external content including articles social media posts webpages and enewsletters
- Assisting with the visual content for digital and printed materials
- Managing firm wide social media initiatives
- Liaising with and managing the relationship with the firms PR agency SEO agency and digital agency
- Managing the firms website content
- Coordinating submissions for various legal and IP directories (eg Chambers and Legal 500
- Proposing new approaches to marketing activities
- Drafting reports
- Managing targeting lists for emarketing and event invites
- Assisting with planning online and inperson events
The Requirements
- The firm are ideally seeking a marketing coordinator who has experience in a corporate company (such as a law firm or financial services) or IP related sector (such as a technology or pharmaceutical company).
- You may already be a marketing coordinator looking for a new challenge or you could be a marketing assistant looking for the next step.
For the right candidate they may consider making the role a marketing executive level role so if you are a coordinator looking to step up into an exec role please do apply.
Experience with the following would be great but not essential:
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva
- WordPress
- Photoshop
Any experience with drafting submissions for The Legal 500 or Chambers would be an added bonus.
