Job Description
We are currently seeking a fulltime Cook for our newly renovated property!
Scheduled hours will vary weekly between MondaySunday. Weekends and holidays are required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain health and sanitation standards.
- Cover label and date all food products.
- Open kitchen and Close kitchen in absence of supervisors.
- Adhere to all prepared written recipes for all menu items including breakfast room service Grab and Go and dinner menus.
- Report out of stock items to the supervisor.
- Prepare for the next shift and ensure there is inventory.
- Help setup restaurant and employee cafeteria buffet.
- Supervise and assist dishwashers and pantry personnel.
- Perform the duties of the Prep List schedule.
- Prepare all dressings and cold sauces.
- Assist with banquet preparation as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum lifting and pulling of 50 pounds.
- Pushing bending stooping upward reaching manual dexterity.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Understands the overall functions and machinery in a Kitchen
- Must be flexible with schedule and adjust to business needs of the Hotel.
