Responsible for daytoday recruiting efforts within the organization including management of job descriptions and company job board. Assists with external recruiting efforts including maintaining relationships with schools associations etc. Represents the organization in interviews and at job fairs. Ensures all candidates receive excellent communication throughout recruiting and onboarding process.
In conjunction the Director of People & Culture and Employee Engagement Committee leads employee engagement activities for the Credit Union. Shares responsibility for planning and communication of engagement surveys activities and action planning. Acts as a liaison between the committee and management with the goal of increasing engagement in the organization.
Conducts onboarding activities including new hire onboarding and background investigations. Administers system user access with IS Operations Accounting and Training for new hires and position changes. Maintains confidential employee information.
Conducts exit and stay interviews summarizes findings and discusses trends and concerns with management.
Assists Director of People & Culture with employee relations issues as needed assisting employees and management with performance concerns disciplinary action and conflict management issues.
Performs other duties as assigned.
