RVS iGlobal is currently looking for a competent Human Resource Manager (which can lead to a Head of Human Resources role) who will be directly responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design recruitment employee relations performance management training development and talent management. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management including job design payroll recruitment performance management training employment cycle changes talent management and facilities management services.
The ideal candidate should be a committed professional with self-learning skills and an eye for a detailed approach.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions disciplinaries grievances absence retirement and redundancy.
- Apply HR and business knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills.
- Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them.
- Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
- Implement learning and development policy.
- Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.
- Administer payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes.
- Work with appropriate parties on reward strategy.
- Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies.
- Support the recruitment process this may include writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc.
- Carry out new starter inductions.
- Manage talent and succession planning.
- Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
- Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
- Participate in the implementation of specific projects procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.
- Support change management processes.
- Active on jobs portals like Naukri Indeed etc.
- Develop contacts with local and regional education institutions and get more internships and graduate jobs in RVS.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements
- Experience Min 1 Year.
