Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process: post job openings review resumes schedule interviews and coordinate background checks.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding including new hire orientations and exit interviews.
- Assist with benefits administration and employee enrolment processes.
- Ensure timely approval of employee timecards by department managers.
- Respond to employee questions related to HR policies procedures and programs.
- Provide general HR support and complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a human resources role is preferred.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Korean and English is required.
