As part of our MST team youll receive comprehensive training in an evidencebased model and work closely with families schools and service providers to implement solutions that foster:

• Reduced highrisk behaviors such as running away aggression stealing and substance use

Manageable Caseload & Focused Care

• Serve only 46 families at a time so you can focus on making a real impact without feeling overwhelmed.
• No Medicaid restrictionsour treatment and documentation is driven by client needs not insurance guidelines.

Dynamic Work Experience

• From using cognitive behavioral therapy to family systems theory youll get to use a wide range of clinical skills.
• Partner with schools probation officers and other community members to create holistic solutions for families.

What Youll Need:

• A Bachelors/masters degree in a mental health field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with families (communitybased work preferred).
• A valid New York State drivers license and reliable transportation.

Pay Rate: $50000 $55000 annually
