Position: Peel Health Hub Manager

Location: Peel Region WA

Type: Permanent PartTime (0.7 FTE 52.5 hours per fortnight with potential to increase to fulltime in the future)

Position Overview

Were looking for a skilled and compassionate tertiary trained/ qualified clinical manager (with mental health experience) to provide senior clinical leadership to support our programs at the Peel Health Hub. We are interested in hearing from Registered Nurses Social Workers Occupational Therapists or Psychologists. Or perhaps you are an allied health professional with mental health sector experience or have a health science degree with post graduate qualifications in Mental Health. The Peel Health Hub is a special place and this is a (new) special role. We are keen to hear from you why you believe that you are the right person for the role!

Youll lead and mentor program managers and clinicians ensure excellence in service delivery and help shape the future of our work. Youll be based at the Peel Health Hub a vibrant purposebuilt space that brings together youth and adult health services under one roof. Its a welcoming collaborative environment designed to support wholeperson care.

Key Components of the Role

  • Provide clinical leadership and support to program managers and clinical team leaders
  • Oversee quality governance and continuous improvement of services inclusive of accreditation requirements
  • Chair Clinical Liaison meetings and represent Oseca at local health forums
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and funding bodies
  • Contribute to program reporting development and integration across the region
  • Prepare and submit income claims and funding reports

What you bring

  • University qualification(s) in healthcare (essential) with current registration with your professions relevant regulating body
  • Mental health sector and senior leadership experience (essential)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • WA Drivers License National Police Clearance & WWC Check
