Location: Sunningdale SL5
Salary: OTE 50k 60k
Position: Permanent Full Time / Self Employed
Sunningdale Area An incredible and unique opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced estate agent who would like the flexibility of a selfemployed role working within the prime property sector.
This is an opportunity for an Estate Agent who would like to work alongside a Premium Property brand with sensational marketing.
This is a perfect opportunity for an individual who has exceptional listing and instruction winning skills but who would like the flexibility of a remote selfemployed working model and who would like to earn a bigger share of the commission they make.
The perfect candidate will have previous experience in Estate Agency and as the role is selfemployed you must have the skills ambition and confidence to build your own business!
This is a selfemployed agency role working for a premium brand which boasts many opportunities for growth and an uncapped OTE.
The Company: Our client is established privately owned independent Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in the Sunningdale area.
Skills required for this SelfEmployed Estate Agent role will include:
- Estate agency experience at senior level
- Specific knowledge of the local area
- Experience of working in the premium property market
- Entrepreneurial gogetter
- Confidence in your ability to win instructions and do deals
- Full Driving License essential and own car essential
- A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
