Whether youre an experienced Chef de Partie ready to take charge of a section or a dedicated Kitchen Porter who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes we want to hear from you!

What Were Looking For Chef de Partie:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Confident running a section with minimal supervision
• Strong function and highvolume experience
• A team player who leads by example
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Creative flair and pride in plate presentation
• Calm under pressure and able to multitask
• Willingness to take direction from senior chefs

What Were Looking For Kitchen Porter:

• Reliable punctual and hardworking
• Strong work ethic with attention to cleanliness and hygiene
• Able to work efficiently in a fastpaced kitchen environment
• Teamfocused and ready to help wherever needed
• Experience in a commercial kitchen a plus but not essential
