The Senior Manager of Brand Marketing is a member of the US Brand Marketing Team within the broader Commercial Operations North America organization. The role will support the Director and Associate Director for the assigned brand with developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives. The role will be responsible for the of marketing tactics aligned to brand strategies with guidance and feedback from the Director/Associate Director.
Key responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development: Support Director/Assoc Director for assigned brand with the development of comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Support the analysis of market research findings competitor activities customer feedback and sales feedback to inform strategies and tactical planning.
Marketing Campaigns and Promotions: Manage with guidance and feedback from the Director/Associate Director the planning development and of marketing campaigns and promotional activities/tactics across various channels (e.g. HCP personal promotion sale materials/leavebehinds patient brochures inside sales campaign conventions med comms and more). Collaborate with key crossfunctional stakeholders including sales medical affairs sales training and agencies to create and rollout impactful campaigns that drive brand objectives.
Performance Measurement: Identify and monitor metrics to assess performance and of critical activities.
PRC Management: Shepard promotional materials through medical legal and regulatory review committee and ensure regulatory compliance with support of Director/Associate Director.
Budget Management: Manage brand budget for promotional activities with oversight from Director/Associate Director.
