Job Description

Brand and Device Educator

Reports to: Senior Brand and Device Educator

Location: Field-based (South with flexibility to travel nationally ad hoc)

Package: Competitive salary annual bonus car allowance

About the role:

Were looking for a driven and dynamic Brand and Device Educator to deliver training and support across leading skincare and device brands including Medik8 Jan Marini Skin Research Epicutis and jane iredale (where applicable). Youll lead training initiatives support brand and device trainers and provide clinical education to both healthcare and beauty professionals. As a confident brand ambassador youll help enhance product and treatment knowledge and play a key role in supporting business development through impactful education.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an engaging trainer withing the brand and device team to ensure that training delivery is standardized and education KPIs are successfully achieved.
  • Deliver engaging in depth up to date content in all relevant brands/devices ensuring all delegates feel confident to offer treatments in an appropriate setting.
  • Manage schedule appropriately to respond to all account needs and support business development in relevant brands because of cohesive workflow.
  • Achieve premium account support by offering educational support that is accessible and ensures a positive patient experience.
  • Follow up after training with required data input into relevant systems.
  • Ensuring all training feedback reporting and relevant administration is actioned.
  • Prioritise to ensure training feedback is recorded after training delivery.
  • Input all relevant training data to ensure effective reports can be pulled. Highlight any gaps highlighted via reporting.
  • Raise and take agreed steps in terms of actions required to ensure a solution focused working approach.
  • Maintain and develop the use of Brands and Devices through educational delivery and in clinic support
  • Work alongside business development managers to ensure reasonable clinical needs are supported.
  • Develop maintain and create relevant educational content across all relevant functions within the business.
  • Achieve clear and concise learning flows by ensuring clear objectives are set for all relevant sessions.
  • Identify and create further supportive learning tools where required.
  • Support the marketing function of the business to help build product/device awareness.
  • Attend and potentially present at external and internal meetings/conferences as necessary to perform own duties and aid business development via a variety of mediums.
  • Be aware of competitor developments activity and feedback relevant information to management.
    Creating relevant analysis tools may be required in some instances.
  • Carry out additional and ad hoc duties as and when required to fulfil the duties above or as requested by the management of the company.
  • Ensure a high level of relevant knowledge techniques and skills through self-learning & attending organised events.

Requirements:

Essential

  • Aesthetic in clinic experience
  • Relevant Device experience (in at least 2 types of technology e.g. Laser and RF)
  • Training Experience: delivery and content creation
  • High standards of customer communication in clinic support and content production/delivery
  • Ability to meet deadlines maintain accuracy and ensure business needs are responded to
  • Proven account management from a commercial or educational standpoint
  • Efficient IT experience

  • Medik8 Experience
  • Jan Marini experience
  • Needling experience
  • Laser training experience
  • Clean drivers licence
  • Experience with sales force and relevant software
