Post: Excise Executive
Min: 4 years Experience in Excise Dispatch & Logistic
Salary: Up to4.50 LPA
Job profile
- Should be knowledge of Excise Customs & Service Tax procedures of manufacturing unit.
- Responsible for monthly internal audit of Manufacturing
plants in terms to ensure the noncompliance of Excise & Service tax - To ensure 100 Canvat credit
- monthly reconciliation of Excise & Service records with accounts
- To ensure all the procedures followed as per SOP.
- Sales Tax Assessment.
- HSN Code updation
- GST Invoicing
- Should be Good knowledge ofGST
- Solving queries commodity wise Excise also Customs duty structure.
- Taking credit like as bill of entry credit & capital goods credit.
- Local Credit.
- Registration of Excise and Service Tax.
- Maintain good relation with government persons for smoothly working.
- Sales return entries and their Credit.
- Dealer Invoicing.
- Knowledge of Service Tax Return ST3.
- Utilization of CENVAT Credit towards duty payment.
- Making returns of ER1 & ER6.
- RG1 Register/Daily Stock Account (DSA).
- To manage Excise activity like intimation letter necessary permissions submission of any Bond.
- Daily MIS Report.
- PreExport Documentation.
- Maintain Export bond register.
- Intimating Excise Officers about the arrival of dutyfree purchase of imported and local goods And Submit the documents thereof.
- Procurement certificate for dutyfree purchase of local and imported raw material/Capital Goods
- Duty concession invoicing and record.
- Service Tax credit.
