$16 20 per hour


Description:

At ChickfilA Team Leaders are responsible for the successful of daily shifts ensuring operational efficiency and a positive guest experience. As a Team Leader you will be a key point of contact for team members and assist in resolving guest concerns. A Team Leader ensures all team members are adhering to operational standards and assists in resolving guest concerns. Team Leaders focus on optimizing team performance developing team members and enhancing the guest experience. As a midlevel leader at ChickfilA Ocala you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and efficient work environment. The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of opening midshift and closing shifts. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain operational standards and ensure adherence to food safety requirements.
  • Uphold Team Members to ChickfilA standards such as: uniform appearance hygiene hospitality food safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Lead by example adhering to all ChickfilA policies and procedures.
  • Coach team members on policies and procedures to create a positive work environment for everyone.
  • Always lead by example by providing an excellent experience for every guest.
  • Effectively lead a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience.
  • Contribute to a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Clearly communicate shift goals and expectations to team members.
  • Ensure smooth shift by quickly recognizing and resolving operational bottlenecks and/or operational issues.
  • Assist in resolving guest concerns and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Coach section leaders trainers and team members on best practices and problem resolution.
  • Serve guests by taking orders handling cash and credit cards making drinks and desserts by offering an immediate and respectful response to every guests needs.
  • Deliver meals to guests at their table or to a designated pickup area.
  • Maintain and lead in cleanliness of your work area dining room parking lot restrooms and (play area for children) at all times.
  • Stock sauces cups lids ice etc. as needed to maintain excellence throughout shift.
  • Open or close the restaurant in a punctual manner.
  • Communicate shift related issues to senior leadership in a timely manner.
  • Actively participate in team leader meetings.
  • Support and develop team members recognizing potential for growth.
  • Assist in team member training and development.
  • Participate in a structured development program designed to prepare leaders for advanced responsibilities.
  • Actively engage in development opportunities that lead to Director and MultiUnit leadership roles.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience preferred; ChickfilA leadership experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be hardworking teamoriented friendly honest and dedicated to excellence
  • Must have the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must have reliable transportation with a current drivers license
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must have clear communication skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a willingnessto learn and grow
  • Must have the ability to take ownership of assignments and execute assignments in a timely manner
  • Must demonstrate interest in advancing to higher level leadership roles
