Job Description

Inventory Manager

The Ascendancy Groups Mission

To be the unequaled provider of special operations forces (SOF) and Intelligence Community focused technical service and trainingbased solutions.

Security Requirement:

A SECRET security clearance is required.

*This position is contingent upon contract award

Roles and Responsibilities:

AssisttheRangeDepartmentinmeetingnearandlongterm range specific logistics requirements and assisting in meeting day to day logistics requirements.
Developandmaintainanaccurateinventoryofpersonalproperty.
ProvidestaffassistancetodepartmentalResponsibleOfficersfor inventorymanagement.
Reviewprovidedrangeassetsreportstoensuretheyareaccountedformonthlyconductauditreviews of DPAS property records.
Assistinthedevelopmentrangeprojectacquisitionpackages.
Assistindevelopingrequestsforprocuringrangesuppliesandservices.
Monitorinventorystatusrequestsformaterialandservicesaswellas material and services received.
AssistinadministrationandcoordinationofGovernmentpurchasecardapprovaltransactions.
Document/reconcilemonthlyrequestsandexpenditureswithinthe N9 Department assisting the Budget Analyst with reconciliation of outstanding requisitions.
DevelopequipmentLifeCycleManagementPlans(LCMPs).Thisshallbedoneusingthecurrentprocedures.
The futureintentwillbeutilizationofFleetFocus

Requirements:

Shallhaveabachelorsdegree.
Shallhaveaminimumof5yearsofexperiencewithinthelast10yearsinmilitarysupplyandlogisticsmanagement.
Desired: Familiarityandpriorworkwiththe navy.
Desired: ExperiencewithDefensePrioritiesandAllocationsSystem(DPAS)
Desired: ExperiencewiththeGovernmentWideCommercialPurchaseCard(GCPC)program.
