Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle multiline phone systems scheduling appointments and processing patient records efficiently.
- Assist with client communication and provide support to the veterinary team.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and friendly work atmosphere.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk with ease.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to help out where needed.
- Problemsolving abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Experience in animal care or veterinary practice (preferred but not required).
Position Details:
- Job Type: Fulltime (Saturdays required)
- Pay: $19.00 $21.00 per hour based on experience
- Expected Hours: Fulltime 40 hours per week)
