Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of three years in customer service demonstrating strong client relationshipbuilding skills.
Minimum of three years in program coordination with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum of three years in a managerial role leading and developing teams to achieve organizational goals.
Location: Must reside in the Tampa Bay area.
Skills:
Exceptional multitasking organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Strong professional boundaries and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with students parents and staff.
Strong knowledge of high school and college entrance exams (e.g. ACT SAT HSPT)
Teaching experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule:
Mondays through Thursdays 12:308:30 pm
Sundays 10:304:30 pm
Schedule may change due to roles and responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive center success by meeting revenue operational and marketing goals through strategic planning new business generation customer retention and staff development.
Serve as a point of contact for crisis management public relations matters and other centerrelated concerns.
Oversee academic programming and support for 50 students in exam preparation ensuring highquality educational outcomes.
Manage and mentor a team of exam prep instructors fostering a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success.
Conduct conferences with students and parents to communicate progress and align goals with Huntingtons mission.
Coordinate and optimize the daily tutoring schedule balancing the needs of students families and teaching staff.
Lead marketing initiatives including presentations about Huntingtons programs to local schools businesses and organizations.
Develop training topics and lead monthly teacher meetings.
Ensure timely and effective followup with prospective families maintaining high engagement and conversion rates.
