As Lead Coordinator you will be able to create and direct our NEW Cheerleading program for girls ages 312. This instructional program would allow new and intermediate cheer athletes to learn the basics of the sport and perform during our weekend youth leagues (Football Basketball and Soccer).
- Lead Cheer Coach for Indoor and Outdoor Sports Programs held yearround.
- Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
- Supervise the overall operation of the designated sport on game day
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Sportspecific coaching experience & knowledge
- Highly motivated selfstarter; can work independently & solve problems
- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season 67 weeks)
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
