You are a customeroriented analyticallyminded digital enthusiast who can balance business priorities and brand elevation with a passion for fashion and womens empowerment. Youre also resourceful and collaborative and have the ability to work in fastpaced environment with crossfunctional partners. A sense of humor is a plus!A Day in the Life:
The typical day is atypical. You might be analyzing web analytics to identify conversion optimization opportunities reviewing merchandising strategies with Buying and Creative or partnering with Product and Tech on roadmap prioritization. The consistent thread is that youll be working with an amazing team of women and men who share your passion for excellence.
To Land This Role:
- 10 years of experience in eCommerce site experience managing conversion optimization digital merchandising site operations and roadmap prioritization within a retail or fashion environment
- Demonstrated success in conversion rate optimization and driving performance through A/B testing AI driven experiences and driving bestinclass UX/UI initiatives
- Datadriven digital merchandising skills including category and product page optimization and search management
- Experience managing site operations including content production promotions and web vendors (including budget management)
- Project management and leadership skills with the ability to drive in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of presenting to senior leadership as well as influencing crossfunctional teams including Creative Buying Merchandising Marketing Email and Digital Marketing
- Strong experience partnering with Creative to balance brand aesthetics with performancedriven strategies
- Experience managing a team required
- Strong analytical and datadriven mindset with proficiency in web analytics (Google Analytics Contentsquare) A/B testing tools and personalization platforms
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Preferred experience in founderled company

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 190000.00 USD 210000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.Benefits Information
