Job Description
With direct supervision will assist with Caseworker duties:
- Assists in the development modification and monitoring of individual clients programming and acts as a liaison with their referral source.
- Assists with making the appropriate community referrals.
- Assists in the development of an assessmentbased program/case plan.
- Assists with monitoring clients compliance with program rules.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
