Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Consulting and Sales Management in order to identify qualify and maximize the consulting opportunities for Oracle Cloud Applications within existing or new accounts.
- Winning consulting deals towards an allocated sales target.
- Generating communicating and delivering an Account Plan for each account.
- Managing the bid process for consulting according to Oracle business processes and procedures including obtaining the appropriate management and legal approvals.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in the designated and new accounts.
- Monitoring the delivery of consulting business once won to ensure clients remain satisfied and business is healthy.
- Proactively updating industry and product knowledge.
Skills and qualifications required for the role:
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience in selling IT consulting/Professional services with focus on selling applications project implementations (ERP/ CRMCX/ HCM/SCM).
- Wide understanding of fitting a business solution to customer needs.
- Ability to learn new products/solutions Able to learn and understand product solutions and features and respective implementation methodology project plan and resource plan.
- Ability to contact potential and existing clients and understand their core business processes.
- Good presentation skills.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Great and fluent communication skills (verbal writing Romanian and English).
- Result orientation and customer focus.
- Motivated and ambitious.
- Advantage: background in applications project implementation/delivery Project Management experience in working in global IT companies.
