Lead Safety Trainer responsibilities:
1. Ensure curriculum materials are up to date incorporating the latest safety standardsand best practices for inperson and onsite training.
2. Increasing the safety training program by following up on new clients and expanding the training opportunities availableto clients.
3. Follow up onall received complaints from safety trainers and/or clients. If necessary or unresolved escalate and report to leadership.
4. Ensure all necessary training equipment and supplies are available and in working order.
5. Oversee the safety program by assessing coordinating and evaluating inperson and onsite safety training programs. Develop and maintain annual safety plans partnerships and agreements with new and existing clients.
