Job Description
Currently we are looking for: ServiceNow Manufacturing Cyber Solution Developer
Join our OT/IoT* Security Hub for EMEIA (Europe Middle East India and Africa) region.
The opportunity:
You will contribute to Cyber Transformation and Service Management competence group in our OT/IoT Security Hub. You will play a direct role in helping our clients plan build and implement ServiceNow manufacturing industry solutions in the areas of OT Visibility (CMDB) OT Service Management OT SecOps (vulnerability and security incident response) and/or OT Risk Management.
Your scope of duties:
Solution Development: Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for the manufacturing industry focusing on OT Visibility OT Service Management OT SecOps and OT Risk Management.
Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules to align with client requirements and industry best practices.
Integration: Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow solutions to ensure functionality performance and security standards are met.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions including design specifications user guides and technical manuals.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of delivered solutions.

Skills and attributes for success:
Experience with ServiceNow platform development and testing
Experience in one or more ServiceNow products: ITOM ITSM SecOps IRM/GRC
Experience with CMDB
Understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Management concepts
Fluency in English
Readiness to travel 10
We will also appreciate:
ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified Application Developer Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
