Job Description
Position Title: Head of Site Rollouts Team
Location: US
Your role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Leader to work closely to lead and manage rollout of complex corporate applications. We are looking for a leader who has experience in managing a large data conversion team plan and manage enablement of applications to new business sites. Leader should have experience in managing of multicloud cutover planning for large business transformation program.
What youll do
Build a team of data conversion specialist to create repeatable conversion methodology
Plan and execute application enablement for group of sites in a repeatable process
Collaborate with IT leaders Business and Site leaders to enable business transformation on a timely basis
Plan and execute parallel rollouts
Stay abreast of the latest Oracle functionalities and industry trends.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
oMinimum of 1015 years of experience working with Oracle CPQ Oracle Business application and experience to manage large cutover planning and .
oBachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field.
oProven experience managing multicloud application rollout
Technical Expertise:
oExpertise in Oracle technology.
oKnowledge of oracle applications
oExperience in data migrations system upgrades and troubleshooting.
Functional Knowledge:
oDeep knowledge of business processes with experience in ITGC controls
oAbility to engage with functional stakeholders and translate business requirements into Oracle solutions.
Communication and Leadership:
oStrong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills with the ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships and to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
oExcellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical and business challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud experience is a plus.
Experience with Agile methodology and Jira.
