Job Title: Content Moderator (Italian Speaker)
Location: Porto Portugal
Start Date: 7th May 2025
Work Schedule: 24/7 Rotative Shifts (OnSite)
Salary: 1000/month x 14 months
Work Type: OnSite 100
Job Description
We are looking for detailoriented and resilient Italianspeaking Content Moderators to join our team in Porto Portugal. As a Content Moderator you will play a key role in ensuring a safe and positive online environment by reviewing monitoring and moderating usergenerated content according to platform policies.
Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate usergenerated content for compliance with platform guidelines

Evaluate and escalate violations safety risks and harmful content

Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Ensure timely and quality decisions within agreed SLAs

Stay updated on policy changes and workflow procedures
Shifts (Rotational Monday to Sunday)

Morning: 07:00 16:00
-
Afternoon: 14:00 23:00

Night: 22:30 07:30
Requirements

Fluency in Italian (C1 or above)

Good English communication skills (B1 or above)

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content

Eligible to work in Portugal (see accepted documentation below)

Relocation Support
If relocating from outside Portugal:

Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 (after 180 days of contract) Economy Class

Reimbursement of travel expenses up to 150 (after 180 days of contract) Economy Class
