They are currently seeking a Family Law Attorney to manage family law cases provide compassionate legal counsel and contribute to the firms success through business development and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in divorce custody alimony and property division cases
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings motions and legal briefs
- Advocate for clients in court proceedings mediations and negotiations
- Develop effective litigation and settlement strategies
- Provide empathetic clear and effective legal counsel to clients
- Engage in business development by consulting with potential clients and facilitating legal retainers
- Participate in networking events to expand the firms client base
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABAaccredited law school
- Active New Jersey Bar Admission
- Minimum of four years of family law experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clientfriendly manner
- Experience in consultative selling to attract and retain clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
Preferred Skills
- Litigation experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce and iManage
- An existing book of business is a plus
