Your Mission:
- Own a full caseload of family law matters: divorce custody child support domestic violence and post-decree issues
- Appear confidently in court and negotiate from a position of strength
- Draft pleadings prepare discovery and build persuasive legal strategies
- Communicate with clients frequently keeping them informed and confident
- Work with intake paralegals and legal assistants to push cases forward without delay
- Hit deadlines. Drive results. Close cases. Protect families
Who You Are:
- A licensed attorney in NC with 2 years of experience in family law
- In the courtroom early prepared and confident
- Obsessed with results not excuses
- Comfortable working in a high-volume fast-moving environment
- Driven by client satisfaction and professional growth
- Tech-savvy and adaptable (experience with Clio is a plus)
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a big bonus
