Job Description
Family Law Attorney (Washington State Remote)
Location: Remote within Washington state (in-person meetings optional if requested by the client
Work Schedule: Full-time remote (but must be available for onsite client meetings)
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney licensed in Washington State to join a collaborative tech-forward law firm. This is a primarily remote position with flexibility to meet clients in person if preferred. Youll handle a variety of family law mattersfrom divorce and custody to support and post-decree modificationswhile benefiting from a supportive team and streamlined systems.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law matters including divorce custody parenting plans child/spousal support and asset division
- Draft pleadings settlement agreements and court documents
- Negotiate with opposing counsel and appear in hearings or mediations
- Maintain clear professional communication with clients and court staff
- Manage case deadlines filings and documentation independently
- Collaborate with internal legal and support staff as needed
Qualifications:
- 4 years of family law experience required
- Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a full caseload autonomously
- Commitment to compassionate and effective client representation
