About your new employer:

About the role:
- Property settlements parenting disputes and financial agreements
- Divorce de facto and spousal maintenance matters
- Advising mid-to-high net worth clients on complex asset structures
- Appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
- Drafting negotiating and managing matters end-to-end
The ideal candidate:
- 48 years PAE in family law ideally in a reputable firm
- Strong client relationship and file management skills
- Confident litigator with experience running matters autonomously
- Commercially minded emotionally intelligent and solutions-driven
- Ready to contribute to team development and mentor junior lawyers (if at SA level)
