As the HR Manager you will play a vital role in attracting top talent supporting their amazing team and shaping HR practices that align with their vision.

Responsibilities:
- Leading the full recruitment cycle from crafting engaging job ads to welcoming new hires on day one.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that reflect their values and support business goals.
- Creating and coordinating training and development programs helping the team continuously grow.
- Supporting managers on performance management grievance and disciplinary issues.
- Maintaining accurate employee records in line with legal and company standards.
- Reviewing and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations.
Background and Experience:
- Fluent in Russian and English (Additional languages Even better!
- Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of HR functions including recruitment compensation & benefits training and employee relations.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong people skills; approachable empathetic and a great communicator.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proactive solutionsfocused and able to make sound decisions.
- Adaptability to work in a fastpaced multicultural environment.
- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Social Sciences or a related field.
