Job Description
In addition to technical operations such as preventive and corrective maintenance the Customer Service Technician contributes to the sales drive by developing the companys image. He/she professionally ensures the smooth running of our systems and the satisfaction of our customers.
The Customer Service Technicians duties include night and/or weekend callouts. These calls may be made by telephone or posted on site.
The work will be carried out in the Ghana region (mainly at airports and ports) with occasional other travel.
