- A Senior Consultant works within the Advisory team providing a comprehensive and commercial service designed to guide any project successfully through the complexities of modern construction and engineering procurement from inception to completion.
- Specialist advice of services including major project/program setup commercial/cost management cashflow management planning and or scheduling risk management.
- To support our clients transformation journey following our recommendations for specific deliverables often with respect to significant cultural change new ways of working and strategic procurement.
- Develop key client data into insights which can be used to drive enhanced performance and management.
- Undertake interviews with clients quickly uncover current challenges and develop / present recommendation to unblock current challenges and transform how they operate and deliver projects.
- Prepare management plans guidelines processes and tools to successfully manage control and deliver major projects and/or programs of works.
- Engage with our digital and data team providing the key data points that need to be captured to monitor control and take action on project and/or program performance.
- Preparation and delivery of highquality project documentation that aligns with our scope of service and exceeds client expectations.
- Identifying improvement or efficiency opportunities and driving through to implementation through consulting change management and delivery.
- Producing coherent and persuasive cases for change and advise how best to implement the change and transformation of how our clients currently operate.
- Producing clear concise and persuasive clientfacing reports or deliverables in various formats that deliver to client expectations and demonstrate value.
- Supporting effective client governance processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
- Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications.
- Support change control processes as required.
- Assist to monitor and advise upon project finances.
- Assist with bid responses for client tenders propositions for new service lines and support the growth of advisory services in Australia.
Qualifications :
- Ideally 4 6 years experience in building construction infrastructure or management consultancy.
- A university degree in Program Management Project Management Engineering Business or Economics preferred.
- Experience working on Major Projects & Programs in a commercial aspect scheduling project management.
- Have proven ability to lead complex organisational transformations leveraging strategic vision change management and stakeholder engagements to drive successful outcomes.
