Job Description
Your Missions:
- Manage your portfolio of existing clients
- Build trust and establish excellent relationships with them
- Identify opportunities for growth (upsell cross sell)
- Negotiate and close expansion deals
- Grow aggressively the total MRR of your portfolio
- Work closely with our Customer Success team on identifying opportunities and maximizing your clients satisfaction
Your Profile:
You are above all a consultant you express yourself with clarity and conviction in order to highlight the value of our solution. You know how to associate this quality with a great sense of listening to guide your interlocutor. You are also a fierce negotiator able to offer the best possible solution to our customers needs.
- You bring 510 years of sales experience managing a portfolio of existing customers (Midmarket or Enterprise) with a SaaS solution
- You have a strategic approach and can drive your accounts businesswise
- Have worked at a SaaS company on a technical product (API based)
- You have an excellent understanding of business
- Your oral and written communication skills in French and English are excellent
- You know how to adapt to all situations: adjust your speech bounce back interact and convince
- You have a positive enthusiastic and sociable personality
- You are a team player
