Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing communication strategies coordinating internal and external messaging and ensuring consistency across all channels. This position is ideal for someone who is detailoriented organized and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
Draft edit and distribute internal and external communications including press releases newsletters memos and announcements
Coordinate messaging with departments to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals
Assist in the development of communication materials for events meetings and presentations
Monitor and manage company communication calendars
Provide support in planning and executing public relations campaigns
Track communication metrics and prepare performance reports
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with content creation tools and basic graphic design is a plus
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
