PERGOLUX is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support and work together with our Performance Marketing Manager and help drive e-commerce success. Youll coordinate website activities ensure consistent campaign messaging and work hands-on with key platforms in a fast-paced digital environment.

Tasks
Performance Marketing Support
- Support the Performance Marketing Manager in implementing and optimising seasonal marketing campaigns across key channels like Meta Google Email Affiliates and Influencers.
- Assist with daily ad operations including campaign uploads budget adherence monitoring and making basic adjustments based on performance metrics to maximise contribution margin.
Website Coordination & Campaign Messaging
- Coordinate website updates and ensure all e-commerce campaign messaging is consistent across platforms and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Set up and manage marketing campaigns within Klaviyo and/or HubSpot including email flows automation and landing pages.
Creative Coordination & Localisation
- Collaborate with internal and external agencies and freelancers for ad design copywriting and campaign management ensuring deliverables align with objectives and quality standards.
- Localise creative assets including translating and adapting text and visuals for specific market needs.
- Coordinate with the global creative team to request and prioritise new assets for e-commerce campaigns.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) CTR (Click-Through Rate) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) reporting results weekly to the Performance Marketing Manager.
- Identify patterns and trends in campaign data suggesting minor optimisations to improve performance.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives audiences and formats to continuously refine campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media or performance marketing ideally within an e-commerce or high-growth startup environment.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics and platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager Google Ads).
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools such as Shopify and hands-on experience with Klaviyo and/or HubSpot is essential.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and identify actionable trends.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- First-hand experience working with external partners like agencies and influencers.
- Excellent attention to detail ensuring campaigns are launched reliably and without errors.
- Graphic design experience and skills.
